A parent/guardian or authorized school official must activate a student’s K12 email within 30 days of the course start date. You will receive an email with the K12 ID and activation instructions within 30 days of the course start date. Parents should expect to assist their child with accessing their course and maintaining an acceptable rate of progress. Parents help ensure that tests are taken and submitted promptly, and encourage students to communicate with their instructor. Younger students may need assistance using a computer or reading their online course content.
