CTY offers fun and challenging learning opportunities for bright students in elementary, middle, and high school.
High school students can gain eligibility for CTY programs by achieving a qualifying score on the Advanced School and College Ability Test, STB, ACT, SAT®, or PSAT 10/NMSQT®.
You can register via MyCTY to take the SCAT or STB.
Register directly with the testing agency to take the ACT, SAT, or PSAT 10/NMSQT, Qualifying scores from these tests can be uploaded along with your child’s summer or online program application.
We also accept scores from a variety of tests your child may have already taken at school or for other academic purposes. Learn more.
Note that the PSAT 8/9 cannot be considered for CTY eligibility for students in grades 8+.
