You must activate your K12 account before you can access your email account.


If you do not already have an active K12 account, instructions for activating a new K12 account are sent to a parent email address within two weeks before an online class begins.


To access your email:

  1. Go to: https://office.com
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter your K12 login (ex: username@k12.jh.edu) and password
  4. On the left navigation, click on the square of dots next to Office 365 to open your apps
  5. Select Outlook


Please contact ctyonlinesupport@jhu.edu if you experience any difficulty accessing your K12 email account. In your message, please include the student’s full name, K12 ID, K12 account activation date, and a screenshot of any error messages you receive.
