If your course has not yet started:

  • You will have access to your course on the enrollment start date. If your course has not begun yet, please wait until the start date.


If your course has started:

  • If you recently activated your K12 account, please wait 30 minutes before attempting to access your course
  • If your course is hosted on MyCourses, please be sure that your dashboard setting for Course overview is set to “All"
  • Please note: Online classes are hosted on either mycourses.cty.jhu.edu (select the OpenID connect button to log in) or teams.microsoft.com. You will receive an email at your K12 email account letting you know where to log in before the class begins.

If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue and your course does not appear on or after the start date, contact ctyonlinesupport@jhu.edu.
